Compare the same dates
Set the pickup date, number of days and return city before comparing offers. A daily rate does not explain the whole stay cost. For business appointments or multiple addresses in Casablanca, state when you actually need the car rather than only when you arrive in the city. Matching the dates and arrangements makes the comparison more useful.
Separate the quote components
Review the period price, requested delivery, equipment, mileage and fuel policy. Distinguish rental cost from the deposit and its release arrangements, and ask about insurance cover and excess. Do not assume delivery is free or a week earns a discount. Each item should reflect the offer the agency has accepted for your vehicle and dates.
Arrange airport handover explicitly
For an arrival at Mohammed V Airport, send the flight, arrival time and a reachable travel contact. Ask for clear meeting instructions; provide the hotel or next address if useful for planning. Airport pickup does not automatically mean airport return or included delivery. State both arrangements so that the team can review them separately.
Keep the quote and approve changes
Before accepting, check the model or category, return time and location, and requested documents. Keep the quote and related messages. Ask for an extension before the agreed end instead of assuming continued availability. The form prepares a request; availability, price and conditions then need to be agreed with the agency.
